The National Constitutional Committee (NCC) deals with disciplinary cases involving Labour members. The NCC consists of 25 members, representing Constituency Labour Parties (CLPs), Trade Unions and Socialist Societies.

Following the NCC ballot of all CLP delegates at the 2021 Annual Conference, to elect four CLP representatives, the result was as follows:
