The National Constitutional Committee (NCC) deals with disciplinary cases involving Labour members. The NCC consisted of 11 members, four of whom represent Constituency Labour Parties (CLPs) with the others representing Trade Unions and Socialist Societies. Each CLP is entitled to nominate up to six members to stand for these new positions. Candidates with a minimum of five years of continuous party membership immediately prior to their election are eligible to stand and require a nomination from their home CLP. NCC members are elected at Annual Conference.
