I was an active member of Cheltenham Labour Party during the mid and late 1980s and rejoined the party in 2015. I was Vice Chair for two years before becoming a Branch Co-ordinator. In 2019, I became a Trustee of Cheltenham Labour Party.

In 2018, I became a Parish Councilor for Warden Hill (Leckhampton with Warden Hill Parish Council) and I am a member of the Communities Committee, the Air Pollution Committee and the Neighbourhood Planning Group.

My work as Branch Co-coordinator involves organising activities at branch level and keeping the members in my area in touch with party events.
