The Conference Arrangements Committee (CAC) is the committee which determines the shape of the agenda for Annual Conference, rules on the validity of contemporary and emergency motions, and acts as the steering committee for the conference.

Constituency Labour Parties (CLPs) may make nominations for candidates. People are elected to the CAC by members periodically.

Nominations closed Friday 29 June 2019. A ballot of members took place between Monday 29 July and Thursday 12 September. The results were announced on Friday 13 September 2019.
